BORD BIA CHRISTMAS FOOD MARKET AT CHQ
Dear Food Producer,
The inaugural Bord Bia Christmas Food Market will take place at CHQ Building, IFSC, Docklands, Dublin 1 from Thursday 12th December to Sunday 15th December. This Christmas Food Market represents an opportunity for Bord Bia to showcase the very best of Irish produce and will provide participating companies with an excellent opportunity to raise their profile and sell their products to a wide consumer audience in a unique and enjoyable atmosphere and to promote the sustainability credentials of the Irish food and drink industry.

The Bord Bia Christmas Food Market at CHQ will be an indoor market with dedicated facilities as follows:
Divided individual stand space 2.5m x 2.5m allocated per company
Trestle table, chair and company name sign
Electricity Supply (1 x 1kw plug socket)
Cost per stand is €500 per company (plus 23% VAT €115.00). Total=€615.00
Trading Days for the market are as follows:
Thursday December 12th : 12.00pm – 9.00pm
Friday December 13th : 12.00pm – 9.00pm
Saturday December 14th : 10.00am – 9.00pm
Sunday December 15th : 10.00am – 6.00pm

Please note that in order to participate you must meet all the criteria in full.
A signed copy of the criteria document needs to be included with your completed application form. Please print and read both documents in full before applying for space at the market.

We invite you to submit your application as soon as possible if you wish to be considered for the Bord Bia Christmas Food Market at CHQ. Please note that there is a limit to the number of participants in each category and the organisers are not in a position to guarantee space to previous participants in Bord Bia events or markets. Please note that submission of an application form is not a guarantee that your company has secured a stall at the Bord Bia Christmas Food Market. Stall positions within the market will be allocated at random so specific positions may not be requested.
Your application should include the following:
Completed application form
Signed criteria document
Certificate of Insurance (€6.4million public liability)
Copies of all other relevant documentation (EHO approval, and organic certification where applicable)
Please note that payment is not required at this stage. It will be requested in the letter of confirmation from Bord Bia to participants in the Christmas Food Market.
